ABOUT
WEST MOUNTAIN CAMP
about
West Mountain
West Mountain Camp is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Christian camp and retreat center, incorporated in Idaho and governed by a board drawn from our network churches. It is non-denominational, evangelical, and non-partisan — committed to the unity of the body of Christ across tradition.
We want 100 young leaders living out their calling — not as a program, but as a culture the camp cultivates year after year.

why it matters
Our core values
01
witness to jesus' lordship
When our churches do something together that none of us could do
alone, we demonstrate that Jesus is actually Lord — not just of individual congregations, but of the whole
body.
02
creates space for formation
Young people need extended encounters with God in unhurried settings
— mentors who are not their parents, communities that hold them accountable, and experiences that
interrupt the noise long enough to hear something true.
03 demonstrates gospel in deed
We intend this camp to be a place of radical hospitality — a place where refugees, kids from under-resourced families, and people on the margins find a welcome that looks like the Kingdom.
04
equips church long-term
The discipleship crisis in the Western church is not a content problem.
It is a formation problem. West Mountain Camp is one part of the answer.
So how do I jump in?
how to participate with west mountain camp
There are 4 primary ways you can participate with West Mountain Camp.
This is a space for spiritual retreat, a demonstration of unity, and a chance to
bear witness to Jesus’ lordship together. We are better at that together than apart.
